OUR TERMS OF BUSINESS.

1. ALL prices must be confirmed upon initial request of work (exc. VAT @20%).
2. ALL requests for work must have a confirmation fax sent containing a full site address, job requirements and a site contact name and number.
3. ALL projects / jobs exceeding £250 (exc. VAT) must be issued an order number prior to work commencing.
4. R.C.Mann are not responsible for any incorrect information given to us, if when we arrive at site the job requires more than stated we will endeavour to inform you of this. Should the job then be cancelled a charge of £70 will be made for loss of time.
5. R.C.Mann are not responsible for delays to work caused by weather, traffic or any other unforeseen events.
6. Payment for works completed is due within 30 days unless agreed otherwise. Interest
7. May be charged after this time. Failure to make payment will result in legal action being taken.

9. We will endeavour to resolve the problem as quickly as possible without causing any undue inconvenience to you the customer.
